Upon arrival guests will check-in with Santa our villa manager. Santa will ask to see your passports and will need a member of the group to sign a guest contract which covers all of the villa rules for the duration of your stay. (These are very straightforward and mostly common sense!) You will then be given the villa keys.

The contract asks guests to make note of the following :

-Check-in time is from 3pm and check-out time is midday.

-The rental cost includes all villa staff - cook and maid/s as well as night watchman and caretaker/gardener.

-Food shopping will be purchased by guests and our staff can purchase on guests behalf upon arrival if required (please request this in advance if possible.)

-Any transportation arranged by Bentley Villa must be paid directly to the driver.

-Bed linen and towels are normally washed every 3 days. For guests staying more than one week the staff will also wash and iron personal items.

-Staff arrive approximately at 8am and leave around 4pm as it is customary that the main meal/hot meal is served at midday. Any changes will need to be arranged in advance with Santa.

-Any additional persons will be charged at a weekly rate unless previous arrangements have been made. This is strictly enforced by our staff and night watchman.

-Guests are responsible for the contents of the villa. We, as villa owners, are not responsible for any losses to personal items nor accidents caused to any clients or visitors.

-We ask guests not to engage in any illegal activities in the villa, any violations of this will mean immediate removal from the villa with no monetary refunds whatsoever.

-Guests are responsible for disconnecting electrical and electronic equipment during heavy electric storms.

-Please also note that although we do not have frequent power outages as we are on a 24 hour circuit our backup power supplies are not sufficient to run any large items such as air conditioners.

-We ask that a/c units in the bedrooms are only used when needed and not left on during the daytime (power here is not only erratic but costs more than 3 times US mainland rates.)

-Tipping is optional for staff members and the customary rate is a minimum of $7 per guest, per day. Please note that our staff work very hard to ensure you have a wonderful stay and your tip reflects this.

- We ask for a small deposit to hold the booking if you book with us directly. Deposits are non-refundable if there is a cancellation.
